Renee Gick started First Thought International in the wellness capital of Texas, Mineral Wells! She became interested in a holistic approach to health after meeting and learning from a well-known natural healer, Solomon Wickey.

She has three kids and loves to spend time reading, gardening and learning about new health alternatives in our modern society. Her goal is to help people find healthy alternatives to prolong human life.
